We use Electrocautery procedure.
Electrocautery is technique that uses heat generated by an electric current to cut, coagulate, or destroy tissue.
An electrocautery device consists of an electrical generator and a surgical electrode. The generator produces an electric current, which is transmitted to the electrode. When the electrode touches tissue, it heats up and cauterizes it.
Electrocautery can be used to remove skin growths like skin tags, warts, seborrheic keratoses, moles, actinic keratoses, and small angiomas
